The Future’s App

I want to highlight the Futures App, a valuable tool our players use for development. Following our recent tournaments, we’re focusing on how this app supports our athletes’ growth.

The Futures App tracks key performance metrics (broad jump, speed, exit velocity, etc.), allowing players to monitor their progress and engage in data-driven discussions.

Beyond metrics, the app provides strength training plans, monitors fatigue (stress, sleep, soreness), and offers skill acquisition drills for practice outside of scheduled sessions. It also includes our dynamic warm-up and band routines, as well as post-throw arm and body care routines, promoting player safety and recovery. We strongly encourage players, especially pitchers throwing over 20 pitches, to utilize these recovery routines.

Additionally, the app facilitates video feedback for mechanical analysis, allowing players to submit videos of hitting, fielding, and throwing for coach review.

This app is a key part of our process-driven philosophy, empowering players with tools for self-improvement and accountability.
