By completing this form, you agree to be 18 years or older and authorized to provide the information below. 706 Baseball Club will use this information to contact families and for billing purposes if a spot is offered on the team. If it is tryout season, you are welcome to submit the tryout form at the same time.
A green box will appear stating the form has been submitted. Once we receive the form, we strive to respond back within 1-3 business days by email.
If you are wanting to attend a tryout, please complete that form next if tryouts are currently happening. Families do not need to wait on a response that the forms were received; especially if it is the day of or day before a tryout to avoid missing the event. We will reach out as soon as possible. Typically emails are responded to in the evenings.
