SCROLL DOWN to complete the online REGISTRATION FORM. Here you will notate any allergies, provide an emergency contact, and electronically sign. We suggest using a computer, not a phone to fill out the form.

By accepting a roster position and completing the online registration below, the parent/guardian and player enter into a binding agreement with 706 Baseball Club. Registration constitutes acceptance of all terms, conditions, financial obligations, and policies outlined in the Team Handbook above.
